Welcome to 1 Trigva Cottages, your very own little bit of Cornish Heaven. The cottage is situated in the old grounds of the Trevarno Estate, and is an 8 minute drive from the beautiful harbour town of Porthleven. With Helston being a mere 6 minute drive away you have access to supermarkets and pub restaurants . There are many attractions only a short drive away.
The cottages three bedrooms can easily sleep 5 adults, with each room having fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. There's a travel cot on site and a high chair and stair gate if required. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower and storage space for towels and toiletries. The new shower room downstairs has a large walk in shower , along with a toilet and washbasin.

The cottage has recently had a small side extension added, which has allowed us to add a further shower room and toilet on the ground floor. It is beautifully equipped with high end electrical items such as a Dyson hairdryer and Dualit Kettle and Toaster. Free WiFi and a smart TV allowing access to Netflix and Amazon Prime will keep you connected to the outside world. It has its own electric vehicle charging point as well as a gated drive with space for 2 cars. There is a patio equipped with table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue for guests use. The beds in the two larger rooms are handmade solid wood, one superking and the other a double. Both have Henry Smeaton mattresses and the emphasis is on a good night's sleep rather than the size of the rooms.
The smaller single bedroom has a sturdy oak bed and chest of drawers with all rooms having fitted hotel style wardrobes with plenty of hangers !
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso vertuo coffee machine (some welcome capsules provided) dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is an an iron/ironing board.
A wood burner in the lounge allows for the colder winter months and electric storage heaters in each room enable you to take the chill off the air. Complimentary "Rituals" toiletries are left in each of the larger bedrooms as well as hotel style slippers as we would prefer outdoor shoes to be left at the door. A welcome pack is included in the cost of your stay which includes a Cornish Cream Tea to welcome you upon your arrival.

Bookings are on a minimum two night stay all year round.
A 25% deposit is taken upon confirming your dates, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay or full payment is due on reservation if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away.
Upon paying the balance an additional damage deposit of £100 will be due, which will be repaid to you within one week of your departure. This allows our changeover team to check for any breakages or damage which may have occurred
Check In is from 4pm on the day of arrival and Check out is 10am on the day of departure.
Key Collection information will be given upon full payment.
There is a travel cot, mattress and a highchair and stair gate for those with young children.
No Pets are permitted
The cottage is no-smoking
Parties and events are prohibited and the cottage will not accommodate hen or stag parties
